The current Board of Directors are: Garðar Jónsson, Chairman, Bjarni Þór Einarsson and Guðmundur Haukur Sigurðsson. The CEO is Gunnar Halldór Gunnarsson.

Forsvar ehf operation is divided into two departments. Software-, servicing- & marketing department and Accountancy department. The departments are directed by divisional managers and they are Elín R. Líndal, marketing manager and Elín Jóna Rósinberg, divisional manager of Accountancy department.
